Employee Benefits

Social Insurance

We provide employees with a comprehensive insurance plan, including endowment insurance, medical insurance, industrial and commercial insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, and the housing provident fund.

Work/Living Allowance

Depending on employees' posts and ranks and the local consumption cost, we grant the working lunch subsidies, computer subsidies, and transport and communication subsidies for them.

Annual Physical Examination

In the afternoon from Monday to Friday, we prepare scrumptious afternoon tea for the employees to relax and communicate with each other.The "energy cabinet" contains charge-free snacks that the employees can use to refresh themselves!

High Temperature Subsidy

We grant the employees the high temperature subsidy in June to October in accordance the local policy.

Birthday Parties & Gifts

We hold a party every month for the employees whose birthdays are in that month and give them birthday cards and gifts.

Annual Holiday Related Welfare

Such welfare covers Spring Festival (festival allowance, special purchases and small red packets for New Year's Day and Spring Festival), Children's Day, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, National Day, Mid-Autumn Festival and Women's Day.

Team Building

We organize recreational and sports activities, annual staff development, holiday dinners, annual social gathering, team travel, company-level award ceremony, and other annual team building activities.

Recreation and Sports Clubs

We have charge-free gym with necessary hardware for workout of the employees. We have the shuttlecock, basketball, yoga and running clubs that provide sports services for the employees.
