Enclosure Box

As a foldable and recyclable plastic container, it is composed of an upper cover, base support, and enclosure panels. As a unitized whole, it is easy for assembly and disassembly and can replace disposable packing containers such as partial cartons and wooden boxes and steel packing containers that are heavy and prone to rust.

Scope of Application

As a general box, it is mainly used for the packaging of automotive parts.

ONE

This general box is applied for unit-load packaging of parts to realize the standardization of packing containers and it facilitates the mechanical and automatic operation of logistics during packing, disassembly, and stacking.

It is applicable to the dimensions of trucks and containers, with the largest stowage rate.

THREE

Due to its high-strength honeycomb panel structure, there is no orientation for stress and it is of better impact-resistant performance with long service life.

FOUR

Composed of modified PP or HDPE, it is light, easy to fold, and recyclable, reducing the packing costs.

FIVE

The height of the enclosure panels can be customized, and an inner lining scheme can be customized according to the product dimensions, shape, and other characteristics to ensure maximum loading.
